50/50, 200=1 and 1.

Hello again, random few.

Am very excited about Japan now…I will try to blog from there but I might not be able to bring myself to be bothered – it also migt be a bit tricky on a mobile phone – I don’t know how these things work. I don’t want to waste any time while I am out there so I have made the, some may say strange, decision to fully jet-lag myself before I leave – at least that way I will be nice and refreshed for most of the trip.

Unless I get the times wrong, in which case I’m screwed.

The 200=1 in the title is the maths that I have to do when dealing with money. 200yen = about 1 pound. It sounds very basic but is nearly impossible for me to grasp. So 10 yen is?…..nyahh!

Luckily my language is going better than my maths. I now know that the Japanese for banana is banana. No chance of lacking fibre while I’m away.

The 50/50 in the sub-header is what I scored in my Driving Theory test on Saturday. OK so I was taking it for the third time… And I didn’t fail – I just let both exams expire (which takes 2 years each time). Because I am a prat. I am also 31 and a bit ashamed that I can’t drive yet.

Finally the 1 in the header refers to the number of hits my new Cecil Bun blog http://www.cecilbun.com has had today. I could weep (sarcastically). It’s not that bad. There should also be some stuff in the Cecil Bun shop soon! http://www.cecilbun.etsy.com

For your information, Cecil Bun has this months header image. Lovely, huh?

Ah well. Placing the hollow and shameless plugs in a drawer for another day… Have a great September. I intend to!

(ok so I lied. I wasn’t entirely finished with the shameless plugs…)

Goodnight kittens.
